title: "Employer certificate data"
description: "Employer certificate data"
---

This page (under Reports in the menu) assembles a single employee's worked hours, salary and absences, month by month — the same backing data an HR admin would otherwise have to look up by hand before filling in an arbetsgivarintyg (Swedish employer's certificate for unemployment insurance).

**This is NOT an arbetsgivarintyg and does not replace one.** A legally valid arbetsgivarintyg can only be created, filled in, and signed (with BankID or Freja e-legitimation) on the a-kassor's shared service arbetsgivarintyg.nu, and then sent to the employee's a-kassa. What is built here is only the backing data — the same category of data the official service itself calls "data from your payroll system" — to make filling in that official form faster. Never send anything exported from here to an a-kassa, or to an employee, as if it were a finished certificate.

Enter the employee's email and press "Load" to see their employment period (hire, termination and last-workday dates) plus, for the last 13 months by default: monthly salary (reconstructed from the salary history, including any scheduled-leave proration), worked hours (from time tracking), and approved absences (from leave requests). The result can be exported as CSV.

Requires the feature to be enabled for your organization (on by default) and the "Exports" permission (the same permission the EU Pay Transparency report uses — delegable to a custom role). The page also respects the organization's own salary-visibility restriction, if configured: a caller without salary view access is denied here too.
