Users with the Employee role get an entirely separate, simplified interface instead of the HR menu: My profile (the same tabbed view — Information/Salary/Documents/Balances/Benefits — HR's Staff List uses for every employee, but read-only and limited to your own record), My overview (everything else on one page: pending surveys, upcoming scheduled surveys, a quick glimpse of your benchmark results, and My answers — see below), My team (colleagues in your part of the organization, reached via a quick-link on My overview), and Settings (the same settings page as other roles, including Data & privacy). The view can be switched off entirely for an organization, showing a clear "feature disabled" message.

My answers shows your own past survey answers — a genuinely private, separate history from the anonymous aggregate results above. No one else, not even Admins, can ever see what you personally answered.

**You only see your own salary.** An employee without any extra (custom) role sees only their own pay details — never colleagues’, not even anonymized colleagues in the same salary band. Anyone who needs to compare salaries within a band (e.g. in Salary Band analysis) gets that through a custom role an administrator assigns.

**My pay rights.** Under My work in the menu you'll find **My pay rights**: like every employee under the EU Pay Transparency Directive (Article 7), you can request information about your own pay level, the criteria used to set pay and the average pay by gender for your category of work, and read your employer's answer. You don't need any extra role — but you can only request and see information about yourself. The averages in the answer are hidden if the category is too small to protect your colleagues' anonymity. The link shows when pay transparency requests are enabled for your organisation.
