Settings is a three-level menu: a home screen of clickable tiles, each opening its own detail view. What you see depends on your role — My account and Data & privacy are visible to everyone, while Roles, API access and the administrative tiles require admin.

The administrative capabilities live in three separate tiles instead of one: **Users & Access** (invite users, manage roles, and import/export employee data), **Allowed email domains**, and **Company logo**. All three require admin or higher today, but are split so each capability can be given its own access level later.

The Company logo tile also holds a **Reply-To email for outgoing mail** — an optional address that replies to invite and survey emails go to instead of Novro. Every organization sends through the same verified sending address; the display name and reply-to are set per organization so replies land in the right place.
