The Action Plan page has a **“Get AI analysis and action suggestions”** button. It analyzes a closed survey's aggregate results and produces concrete, actionable suggestions for every area below the target score — a manager or admin then picks which suggestions to add to the real action plan (nothing is saved automatically).

**Questions for your next 1:1.** Alongside the action suggestions, the analysis also produces 2-5 open-ended discussion questions per weak area, meant to be used in a regular 1:1 conversation with a direct report to better understand what's behind the result. The questions are based on the exact same aggregate averages as the suggestions — no quotes or individual answers. This is content only, meant to bring into a conversation you already have — it is not a separate meeting tool and stores no agenda, notes, or scheduling.

**Anonymity.** Just like the results dashboard, data that hasn't reached the organization's anonymity threshold (minimum group size) is never analyzed — neither action suggestions nor conversation-starter questions are generated until the threshold is met, and the AI model is never called with under-threshold data.

**Who sees it.** Managers and Admins can request the analysis. A manager only sees their own part of the org tree. Employees do not reach this feature.

**Cache.** The result (both action suggestions and conversation starters) is cached per survey and department, so re-opening the same view doesn't make a new AI call until the underlying results change.

**AI provider.** The analysis uses the organization's configured AI provider (see “AI provider” in settings). The feature is optional and off by default.
