The survey Overview lists every one of your survey runs grouped by lifecycle status: Upcoming (scheduled), Ongoing (active), Completed, and Drafts. Click any run to open and edit it.

At the top, four KPI tiles summarize the picture: **Active surveys** (how many runs are ongoing right now), **Avg. response rate (active)** (the average of each active survey's OWN response rate — not one pooled number where a large campaign would drown out a small one), **Total responses** (the sum of submitted responses across every run, regardless of status), and **Latest eNPS** (the eNPS score of the most recently completed survey that includes an eNPS question). A tile shows "–" when there's nothing to show yet — e.g. no surveys are currently active, or the most recently completed eNPS survey's results are still below the anonymity threshold in every group. No number is ever shown based on too few responses — the same anonymity principle applies here as everywhere else in the app.
