A pulse is a short check-in survey capped at 5 questions, meant to be sent frequently (e.g. weekly). Click "Skapa puls" in the create view to pre-fill a draft with the standard eNPS question (0-10, "how likely are you to recommend...") plus an optional free-text follow-up, with the schedule defaulting to weekly. You can edit, remove or add questions just like normal — but never more than 5. Pulse results are shown in a trend-first view where the round-over-round development takes centre stage (the eNPS score when the pulse includes the eNPS question), instead of the full category breakdown. Everything else works like regular surveys: the same distribution channels, the same anonymity threshold and the same survey-fatigue frequency cap. The feature is enabled per organization.
