The Workforce analytics page (the "Workforce analytics" tab in the Staff list hub, next to HR Metric) gives administrators and managers a consolidated view of the workforce, computed directly from the employee data already in the system — no new fields or data entry required.

The page shows:
- Four KPIs: current headcount, turnover rate (leavers divided by average headcount), average tenure, and the number of departments with active staff.
- Headcount per month for the last 12 months as a chart, computed retroactively from hire and termination dates, with a small joiners (+) / leavers (−) label above any month that had changes.
- Tenure distribution (< 1 yr, 1–3, 3–5, 5–10, 10+ yrs) across active employees. Employees without a hire date are excluded from the distribution and shown as a note.
- Gender distribution for the whole organization (Admin) or for your own team (manager), plus per department.

Anonymity: the per-department gender split is hidden for departments with fewer employees than your organization's anonymity threshold ("minimum group size" in Settings, never below 3). This is the same protection used by the DEI dashboard and the pay-equity analysis — the page can never be used to infer the gender composition of a small group. Overall totals are always shown.

Pay gap and engagement per segment deliberately do not live here — they belong to the DEI & engagement dashboard, and the page links there when that feature is enabled.

The page is visible to Admin (whole organization) and managers (their own team — the same org-tree subtree and reporting employees a Manager already sees on other pages), when the feature is enabled for the organization (off by default). Headings and copy adapt automatically so a Manager never sees numbers that look organization-wide when they actually only cover their own team. A leaver counts as active up to the day before their termination date; a future hire date is only counted once the date has passed.
