# Novro Engine

Novro is a pay-gap analysis and employee pulse-survey platform. This is the
public developer documentation for the external REST API.

The external REST API lives under `/api/v1/*` and authenticates with an
`X-API-Key` header. The organization a request acts on is always derived from
the verified key, never from the request payload.
