How Settings is organized

Settings is a three-level menu: a home screen of clickable tiles, each opening its own detail view. What you see depends on your role — My account and Data & privacy are visible to everyone, while Roles, API access and the administrative tiles require admin.

The administrative capabilities live in three separate tiles instead of one: Users & Access (invite users, manage roles, and import/export employee data), Allowed email domains, and Company logo. All three require admin or higher today, but are split so each capability can be given its own access level later.

The Company logo tile also holds a Reply-To email for outgoing mail — an optional address that replies to invite and survey emails go to instead of Novro. Every organization sends through the same verified sending address; the display name and reply-to are set per organization so replies land in the right place.
