My pay criteria — what your pay is based on
Under My work in the menu there is My pay criteria (also as a shortcut on My overview). The page shows two things, following Article 6 of the EU Pay Transparency Directive on the right to know the criteria used to determine pay, pay levels and pay progression.
How your job is evaluated. The criteria for your own job group, as set in the latest annual pay mapping: each criterion (for example skills, effort, responsibility and working conditions, plus any criteria of your organisation’s own), how much it weighs and the level your job group was given. The figures do not change when someone edits the job evaluation during the year — they are updated when a new annual report is created. You only see your own group, never other groups, colleagues or salaries. If you are not placed in a job group, or your group has not been evaluated in an annual report yet, the page says so.
Pay policies that apply to you. The published pay policies that apply to you (based on the department, office, legal entity or other conditions HR has set), with their text. This is where pay levels and pay progression are described. Other policies are shown as usual under Policies if you have access to them.
The page requires your organisation to use the annual pay-mapping report. Pay policies are shown when the policy handbook is enabled.
