Get started with the free workspace
Organizations registered for the standalone whistleblowing service open directly in the whistleblowing workspace, including on returning login. Navigation contains home, whistleblowing and account settings. Existing organizations with HR features retain their usual workspace.
The existing-customer link on the offer page opens the usual login with whistleblowing branding. Authentication methods stay the same. The language selector works as usual and the instruction beside the form is also visible on mobile. To submit a report, use your organization’s reporting link rather than the administrator login.
The free plan has no expiry. Either party may terminate without giving a reason on six months’ notice. Read the free plan terms and use the contact details there for contract questions.
Home checks that the default channel is active before displaying its reporting link. Choose Copy link, Share or Open report page. If your browser blocks clipboard access, the link is selected for manual copying. Share it on your intranet or with people who should be able to report. The reporting page requires no login.
Manage channels opens the existing channel settings. Create and edit channels, open their sharing dialog for QR codes and embedding, or archive and reactivate channels. If the default channel is missing or archived, home does not show a live link; check channels and use the sharing link for the channel you want to publish.
The free plan includes one active channel. Archive the current channel before creating or reactivating a replacement.
Customize report page opens introduction, logo and link settings. Channel-specific settings can override the organization’s shared branding.
Invite handlers opens channel administrator invitation settings. An administrator can select an existing employee or invite an external person and restrict access to specific channels. To assign responsibility for one case, open the cases inbox and assign the handler inside that case. Channel administration and case assignment are separate permissions.
Open cases inbox shows cases you can access. An empty inbox means there are no visible cases yet. If the channel cannot be loaded, a message offers a retry. If the feature is disabled, no reporting link is shown. The server checks permissions for every action.
Email alerts supplement the inbox but do not replace regular checks. An email failure does not affect the saved report.
