Survey Result (new results screen)
Survey Result (new results screen)
Survey Result is a dedicated screen for ONE specific survey run, opened by clicking a row in the Upcoming/Ongoing list on the results dashboard. It has four tabs: Resultat (Results), Kommentarer (Comments), AI-insikter (AI Insights), and Dela & behörighet (Share & access). The screen requires the dedicated “Survey Result” permission — an Admin has it automatically, an Employee never does, and a custom role must be explicitly granted it.
Resultat tab. Two KPI tiles at the top — number of respondents and the applicable anonymity threshold — followed by three sections:
- Cross-tab. Break down one numeric question (by default the eNPS question, or otherwise the survey’s first numeric question) by the answer to ANOTHER question in the same survey (e.g. department or employment type, if such a multiple-choice question exists). The chips above the table switch which question is used as the column. Every column in the table is anonymity-checked independently — a group below the threshold is still shown in the table (so you can see it exists) but with its value replaced by a “Too few responses” chip, never the underlying average.
- Heatmap. The same heatmap as the results dashboard’s Grid layout (every department × every work-environment area in a single call), reused unchanged here.
- Response distribution. One bar per multiple-choice question showing how answers split across its options, built from the same already-anonymity-checked data as the results dashboard’s per-question results — no new anonymity logic is added here.
If the whole run is below the anonymity threshold, none of this is shown — just the same “not enough responses yet” message the results dashboard gives.
Kommentarer tab. Reuses the existing free-text tools unchanged: a button generates an AI theme summary (the same keyword-based theme detection as the results dashboard — see that page for how it works and its limitations), and a button shows the anonymous comment threads where the organization can reply back to an anonymous respondent (the same two-way feature as on the results dashboard).
AI-insikter tab. Lists automatically detected “findings” — departments whose average stands out (up or down) against the organization’s overall average. Each finding has a “Skapa dashboard” (Create dashboard) button that creates a custom dashboard pre-filled from that finding. A separate “Generera rapport” (Generate report) button compiles a text report of the whole run’s results. Findings are built entirely from aggregate, already anonymity-checked averages.
Dela & behörighet tab — two separate sharing mechanisms.
- “Dela med chefer” (Share with managers) is a simple per-run on/off toggle. When ON, anyone who has their own reporting employees within that run’s scope (derived from the org tree/reporting chain — no manual list to maintain) can open Chef-rapport for their own slice of the team. When OFF, no manager can reach Chef-rapport for this run, no matter who reports to them.
- “Dela med namngiven person” (Share with a named person) is a completely separate, explicit one-off share: you pick a saved group (the same “Saved groups” used in the distribution flow) and a named person who is already a member of your organization, and that person can then see just that group’s results — even if they aren’t anyone’s line manager. Each such share is listed with a “Remove” button (requires confirmation) that revokes access immediately.
These two sharing mechanisms don’t affect each other — turning off “Dela med chefer” doesn’t remove any named-person shares, and vice versa.
