Create survey
Create survey
“Create survey” is the first page in the Survey menu — a single starting point. Search or browse templates from the library, or pick a survey type directly: Standard survey, Pulse check-in, 360° feedback, or Quiz. Each choice takes you into that type’s existing page — nothing else in the Survey menu was removed or moved, this page is just a new, unified way to get there. The search box always does a plain text match against template titles/descriptions, instantly as you type.
AI-assisted search (optional feature, off by default). When it’s enabled for your organization, the plain text match is complemented by an AI interpretation of what you typed — a description like “I want to check in on team morale monthly” finds the right template AND highlights the right survey type (e.g. Pulse), not just literal matches. The AI search always runs after a short pause in typing, never per keystroke, and the plain text match keeps working exactly as before regardless — if the AI call ever fails (network error, temporarily overloaded), nothing changes visibly; the search box simply keeps behaving as it always did.
The “Survey modules” section shows a grid of shortcuts to every survey-related part of the app (Lifecycle surveys, Own surveys, 360 survey, Library, Action Plan, Games) — a faster way to jump straight to the right part of the Survey area without opening the sidebar first. As of the UI cleanup (2026-08), Overview, Ongoing, Pulse, and Quiz no longer show as their own tiles here — they already existed as tabs in the tab bar above (Overview/Ongoing) or as quick-start cards (Pulse/Quiz), and were removed from this grid to avoid duplicates; they’re reached exactly as before, just from their original spot instead of twice. The search box also filters the remaining modules, not just the templates. As of the restructuring (2026-08), most of the remaining tiles now open as a TAB right here on this page instead of navigating away — “Create survey” stays on screen, a tab bar appears at the top, and the tapped module’s content loads in beside it. Only Action Plan and Games remain their own separate pages (Games has its own deeper navigation that doesn’t fit the tab format). The sidebar’s previous separate links for Lifecycle surveys/Own surveys/360 survey/Library no longer exist — the same pages are now reached via the tabs here instead.
