One-time compensations and additional pay
One-time compensations and additional pay
On the Salary tab of an employee’s detail page, you can record two further types of salary components, beyond base salary and variable pay:
One-time compensations are a single payment on a given date, e.g. a sign-on bonus or a one-off payment. Each entry has a date, an amount, and an optional note. One-time compensations only appear here on the Salary tab — they’re not folded into any other field and don’t affect the pay-gap analysis.
Additional pay (Tillägg) extends the previously simple flat allowance field into a dated list — e.g. a car allowance or a phone allowance. Each entry has a start date, an optional end date (leave empty for an ongoing, ends-when-you-say-so allowance), and an amount. Unlike base salary (where only the most recent entry applies), several additional-pay entries can be active at the same time — the total allowance figure shown in the table and used in the analysis is the sum of every entry currently active.
Only administrators can add or remove these entries. Removing an entry requires confirmation since it can’t be undone.
